Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Coffee Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expertly prepared beverages and friendly service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and serve specialty coffee drinks that meet our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Follow established procedures for food preparation and presentation
  • Manage cash transactions and perform end-of-day reconciliation tasks
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture of excellence

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must possess a positive attitude, high energy levels, and be hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, and welcoming to customers
  • Should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive independently
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Possess strong communication and time management skills
  • Have at least 3 years' experience in preparing and serving food orders
  • Be well-presented and able to speak English fluently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a barista or in a similar role
  • Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends
