The role of Strategic HR Business Development Professional offers a collaborative opportunity to join an organization in Sydney. This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract that can start immediately.

Job Summary

This is a true generalist role that provides exciting variety and the ability to work on thought-leading projects that will see implementation in real-time. The successful candidate will be joining a hardworking, down-to-earth team that will provide all necessary resources and support to succeed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small client group (approx. 75 employees and 5 leaders), acting as their SME for all things Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonization, employee engagement action plan, policy integration, and more.
  • Provide key project and data reporting support (some of which will be presented to senior management).
  • Manage and drive the HR technology project in conjunction with the HR and Project teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience and has worked in a highly regulated environment such as financial services. Excellent communication and partnering skills, along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly, will benefit them in this role.
