HR Generalist Role

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation on an exciting project.

This is a unique opportunity to work as a collaborative HR Business Partner and support various initiatives during a period of growth and transformation.

This generalist role offers excellent variety and the ability to work on thought-leading projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a client group acting as their SME for all things Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plan, policy integration.
  • Provide key project and data reporting support.
  • Manage and drive the HR technology project in conjunction with the HR and Project teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience and worked in a highly regulated environment such as financial services.

Excellent communication and partnering skills along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly will benefit you in this role.
