Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team at One Digital. As a key member of our data governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and governance of our data assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of our data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement data management systems, protocols, and policies to support business objectives and improve data quality.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on data governance and management best practices.
- Contribute to the development of a data culture within One Digital, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in data governance and/or data management.
- Demonstrable understanding of data governance and management industry frameworks and/or maturity models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as data cataloguing tools, data quality tools, and data governance platforms.
