The Role
The Data Governance Specialist: Unstructured Data is responsible for the efficient management of PEXA's unstructured data, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes creating, retrieving, organizing, and disposing of physical and electronic data, as well as coordinating document transfer processes and overseeing storage and digitization of archives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate physical and digital document transfer processes

• Draft reports and maintain up-to-date files
• Supervise indexing and classification of unstructured data
