This role focuses on ensuring seamless data center operations through effective coordination with various teams.


  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:


  • Partner with Controls Engineers, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to deliver critical projects.
  • Process Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests with precise documentation and vendor coordination.
  • Develop automation solutions to streamline routine coordination tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement systematic improvements across coordination workflows.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Number of processed POs/WOs/COs/tickets.
  • Processing time for POs/WOs/COs/tickets.
  • Number of Continuous Improvements delivered.
