Operational Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team. As an Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.
Key Responsibilities- Process Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests with accurate documentation and vendor coordination
- Partner with Controls Engineers, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to complete critical deliverables
- Provide Operational Planning (OP1/2) inputs and support multi-million dollar project procurement processes
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline routine coordination tasks
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop systematic improvements across coordination workflows
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Able to thrive at the pace and scale of Amazon
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with peers around the globe, with possible meetings at odd hours
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically or globally as needed
