We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our major events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The role will involve working closely with the Events Manager to manage all aspects of event delivery, including vendor relations, event logistics, and supporter engagement.

  • Manage event databases and ensure they are up-to-date and current
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate event logistics, including gifts, decor, seating, and budgets
  • Support the Events Manager in delivering national event strategies

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the events industry
  • Relevant qualifications in events, fundraising, communications, public relations, or marketing
  • Previous experience with event management platforms is desirable
