Job Title: Events Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team in delivering events in Melbourne and Sydney.

The successful candidate will work closely with event managers and other team members to provide administrative support, liaise with exhibitors, suppliers, and contractors, and assist in event logistics and general operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for events, including coordinating logistics and managing stakeholders
  • Liaise with exhibitors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist in the management of event projects from planning to execution
  • Use project management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
