Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Transformational Product Lead to join our Operational Excellence & LEBT team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a vital role in driving the development of our corporate travel platform (LEBT) and creating technology tools that boost efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products within the LEBT portfolio, working closely with the commercial team to deliver an exceptional corporate travel experience.
  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders to enhance efficiency in customer service, sales, and finance teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate effectively on their behalf.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research to design, build, and launch.
  • Establish, measure, and improve success metrics for managed products.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Product Management and UX in high-growth businesses.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • A proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
