Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in East (Mitcham) as a permanent full-time or part-time position. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults and young people with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy services in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community to maximise functional skills and participation.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
- Provide indirect customer service and family coordination to support client goals.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage people with a disability.
- Ability to work in partnership with adults and young people with a disability to set and achieve goals.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Willingness to improve on clinical practice and develop clinical skills in areas of need.
- AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy).
- Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
