Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in East (Mitcham) as a permanent full-time or part-time position. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults and young people with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy services in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community to maximize functional skills and participation.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
- Provide indirect customer service and family coordination to support client goals.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Willingness to improve clinical practice and develop skills in areas of need.
- Competency in client management systems and IT platforms.
- AHPRA Registration and Australian driver's license.
