As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in managing client facilities management queries, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety management systems.
About the Role:
- Procure and manage contractors to meet client expectations and contract obligations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and proper risk management procedures are in place
- Escalate incidents and critical operational issues in accordance with established procedures
- Complete site audits and create operational reports for monitoring compliance and service performance
- Assist with the implementation of property risk management programs and business continuity plans
- Oversee work order management across a large, diverse portfolio using JLL software

- Passionate about a career in Property/Facilities Management
- Strong passion for customer service and administration
- Confident in utilizing various software products and MS office suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours given the 24/7 nature of client operations
