As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in managing client facilities management queries, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety management systems.

About the Role:

  • Procure and manage contractors to meet client expectations and contract obligations
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and proper risk management procedures are in place
  • Escalate incidents and critical operational issues in accordance with established procedures
  • Complete site audits and create operational reports for monitoring compliance and service performance
  • Assist with the implementation of property risk management programs and business continuity plans
  • Oversee work order management across a large, diverse portfolio using JLL software
