**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate & committed customer centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Eden Brewhouse. You would assist the Venue Manager & the collective Venue Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes both FOH and BOH duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Possess full availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts, that can vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays spanning 08:00am-04:30am.
- RMLV and Approved Manager license preferred but not mandatory.
