We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Strategy and Capability team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional to make a real difference in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have:
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and support on workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning
- Guide the development of HR strategies that drive business results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex organisation
- Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
