About the Role

">

You will report directly to the People Operations Lead and be responsible for preparing and managing employment contracts and variation letters for both new and existing staff. You will act as a first point of contact for general HR enquiries, providing clear and accurate advice on policies, processes, legislation, and enterprise agreements—particularly around classifications and remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing employment contracts and related correspondence for staff appointments and changes">
  • Responding to Tier 1 HR enquiries with accurate and timely information">
  • Interpreting policies, legislation, and enterprise agreements related to employment conditions">
  • Supporting schools with onboarding processes, compliance checks and pre-payroll requirements">
  • Ensuring employment documentation is accurate, compliant, and payroll-ready">
  • Providing training and support to school staff in employment contract and variation contract generation">
