Strategic HR Partner Sought

We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Strategic HR Partner to join our team for a 6-month fixed term contract.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance and support on all people initiatives
  • Involved in workforce planning, organisational capability, succession planning and guiding the People program and lifecycle

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can leverage their experience to make a real difference.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline are desirable, but extensive experience is equally valued
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex organisation
  • Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices
