About the Role

As a key member of our organisation's People and Capability team, you will play a vital role in supporting HR initiatives and contributing to cross-functional projects aligned with our broader People and Capability strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the Senior People and Capability Business Partner to deliver P&C services across the organisation.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Provide advice on HR matters, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and supporting leaders.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and learning initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems and contribute to process improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong communication skills and internal customer service focus.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential matters.
  • HRIS system experience (e.g. ELMO or Aurion) is desirable.
