Haylo People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry. We are exclusively partnered with a Specialist Insurer to join their commercial liability team.

Join a third-party claims management company and work closely with a team of legally qualified professionals. You will use your extensive experience in personal injury and liability within this space to support large corporate organisation through the claims process and manage the claims including, mediation, facilitation, and negotiations.

The Role

Process and manage professional standards claims within approved financial limitsProvide specialised technical advice and support to internal and external clientsDeliver clear and timely written and verbal communications to clients, including updates on claim strategiesRepresent the insurer and clients in mediations, conferences, and negotiationsProvide specific instructions to solicitors, investigators, and barristers within financial authority limits

Your Background

Legal qualification with demonstrated experience in defendant Liability litigation - highly regarded.Established knowledge and experience in end-to-end public liability insurance claims management.Expertise in managing commercial clients
