We are seeking a highly organized individual with a strong background in program frameworks, documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting complex programs, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work in dynamic environments.

The Role

As a Program Analyst working on our RegistryConnect Program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution and seamless operation of the program by supporting the successful delivery of program frameworks, documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing program and project frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with best practice and audit requirements.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and relevance of key program documentation through regular reviews.
  • Enhancing program reporting to surface critical insights that support effective decision-making.
  • Processing key data sets and supporting visual reporting across RAIDD, resourcing, and procurement functions.
  • Preparing program and portfolio reports, including drafting papers for Steering Committees and other governance forums.
  • Coordinating reviews of project and program compliance with frameworks and supporting related assurance activities.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience supporting large-scale programs.

Strong knowledge of program and project management principles and deliverables; certifications such as MSP or PRINCE2 are highly regarded.

Skilled in developing visual reports from diverse data sources.

Proficient in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Power BI.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
