The Role

The Business Operations Specialist works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient operation of the business.

The role involves two main components:

  • Executing day-to-day operations in a timely manner.
  • Working on initiatives to improve operational efficiency of the business.
Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, driving and implementing business improvement initiatives with the Operations Manager.
  2. Assisting in financial management of overhead expenses.
  3. Participating in quarterly financial planning and forecasting processes.
  4. Managing resource planning for the business.
  5. Producing reports for executive management.
  6. Liaising with departments to support the business.
  7. Organising content for marketing materials.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A background in business analysis or an aspiring project manager with some grounding in business finances.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and project accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
