The Business Improvement Specialist will play a critical role in leading the establishment of our business improvement function, leveraging proven methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean to drive measurable efficiency gains across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the successful execution of business improvement projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and implementing targeted initiatives
  • Coordinating regular governance and reporting processes to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organisation
  • Supporting the development of business improvement frameworks and strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence through collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing complex business improvement initiatives across multiple streams within a large-scale organisation
  • Strong knowledge of established business improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean
  • Tertiary qualifications in a project management or business discipline
  • Experience in implementing business improvement frameworks and driving organisational change
