Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to lead our Accounts Payable/Receivable and administrative teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficient and effective outcomes within our business, while also fostering a workplace culture built on safety, mutual respect, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AP/AR and admin function to ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Oversee the invoice approval process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support month-end processes, ensuring efficient outcomes.
  • Drive efficiency within the team, while advocating for accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading a similar function with working knowledge of AP/AR principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive process compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either as a past leader or as someone with the skillset needed to take the next step.
