About Our Helpdesk Team

We are seeking an individual to provide administration support to our helpdesk team, working closely with internal and external clients to troubleshoot technical requests and problems for our in-house system.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain client records on multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
    • Set up new contracts and billing information, as well as maintaining policy holder details.
    • Provide training to new staff members on various systems, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be required to provide backup support for taking and directing helpdesk calls, both internally and externally. This will involve working closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise.
