
Hospitality Revenue Growth Specialist

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join their revenue growth team. As a key member of the reservations sales department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and competitor activity. You will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze same-day sales procedures to optimize revenue generation and control property occupancy.
- Closely monitor market conditions and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Rapidly respond to incoming reservations sales opportunities that fall outside normal selling hours.
- Apply negotiation and creative selling skills to secure new business and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate operational aspects of booked business, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence.
- Support the tracking and accuracy of reservation sales orders within our systems.
- Manage no-show reservations and process associated charges.
- Prioritize and manage wait lists, ensuring timely contact with potential guests.
- Australian work authorization is essential.
