**Retail Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our store team and drive sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of in-store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising. They will also be expected to recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales and profitability goals

  • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and inventory control
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in retail management
  • Natural strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
