As a Retail Store Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan daily work activities and allocate work assignments among team members based on business needs in the areas of Back Room, Point of Sale, and Dressing Rooms.
  • Drive sales by identifying merchandising opportunities in each department by reviewing sales reports.
  • Educate and train team members in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Oversee in-store recruitment, training, and team development for future career possibilities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, and stock rotation.
Requirements:

Essential Skills And Qualifications:

  • Retail management experience: 2 years (required)
  • Work authorisation: Australia (required)
