Chief Sales and Operations Manager

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Lindt Chocolate Shop. This includes fostering a supportive team environment, achieving sales and managing expenses to deliver profitability.
This role involves guiding and coaching your team to deliver on brand expectations and managing day-to-day operations. You will multitask between customers, manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, handle visual merchandising, prepare take away drinks and ice cream with an exceptional customer centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee store operations and ensure high standards are met
- Foster a positive team culture and lead by example
- Manage sales and expenses to achieve profitability
- Guide and coach staff to deliver on brand expectations
- Ensure food safety compliance and quality assurance
- Perform inventory management, stocktake, and visual merchandising tasks
- Previous experience in a Store/Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced QSR, Retail or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines
- Competent in Food Safety Standards
- Previous retail experience in inventory management, stocktake, visual merchandising and store presentation principles highly regarded
- Previous barista experience or interest
