At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Provide information on local area attractions and activities.
- Complete all department-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
- Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers.
- Establish commonality and build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and ensure a seamless transition for owners and guests.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations' community.
- Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
- High levels of computer literacy.
- Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) is advantageous.
- Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
