At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and ensure a seamless transition for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations' community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
