Customer Service Ambassador

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their vacation is nothing short of unforgettable.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
- Offer expert advice on local attractions and activities, helping guests make the most of their stay
- Process department-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize communication equipment to stay connected with guests and colleagues
- Meet with guests to discuss their vacation plans and generate sales appointments for our sales centers
- Build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience, exceeding their expectations
- Collaborate with the resort operations team to ensure seamless check-in processes and high levels of service
- Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
- Meet targets and KPIs set by the business
- This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer service role
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love for the local area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- High levels of computer literacy
- Previous experience with a PMS system is advantageous
- Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
