\About the Role
\We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Aboriginal Housing team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to address housing needs in Victoria's First Peoples communities.

\To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in managing relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders. Your expertise in property development, commercial transactions, and government procurement will enable you to navigate complex projects and drive results.
\Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead the engagement with Aboriginal Housing Sector stakeholders to identify and address housing needs\
- Provide senior-level direction and support to team members on property development, commercial transactions, and government procurement\
- Negotiate with key stakeholders to secure funding and resources for housing projects\
- Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders\
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies\
