We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Executive Support professional to drive business growth and success. As the right-hand person to our Managing Director, you will own day-to-day operations and strategic improvement projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, structure, and making a real impact. You'll lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and increase transparency of billable work.

Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance operational efficiency and transparency
- Oversee the implementation of ISO9001:2015 and other ISO standards, including documentation, compliance processes, and audit preparation
- Identify inefficiencies and develop systems to improve operational performance
- Serve as a reliable support function across departments, fostering cohesion in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in operations, administration, or EA roles where you've owned complex tasks and projects
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP/CRM) is highly valued
- Proven involvement with ISO9001 (and ideally other ISO standards), either through implementation, maintenance, or compliance
- A high degree of autonomy and initiative – you get things done and make informed decisions independently
- A positive, no-politics personality – you bring good energy and value strong team culture
