Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of website projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Lead and mentor the project delivery team, including designers, developers, and account managers, to ensure efficient workflows and high performance.
  • Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle, translating business requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to scope, price, and propose web solutions that meet client goals and align with internal capabilities.
  • Ensure all websites meet usability, accessibility, and performance best practices across multiple platforms and devices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and systems.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on project status, risks, and resource utilisation across the delivery pipeline.
  • Stay up to date with web technologies, UX standards, and industry trends to inform delivery strategies and client recommendations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to forecast revenue, resource needs, and delivery capacity.
  • Play a key role in client retention and growth by contributing to upselling strategies and long-term account planning
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project delivery, with a strong focus on managing and delivering website projects end-to-end.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, IT, or Digital Media (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Proven leadership experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional teams across design, development, and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of complex API integrations, third-party systems, and web-based automation workflows.
  • Experience with payment systems and gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay), including secure implementation and compliance considerations.
  • Familiarity with product data structuring and mapping, particularly in eCommerce environments.
  • Solid grasp of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and how website structure and performance affect search visibility.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including scoping, briefing, and managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • High-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercial acumen with experience supporting sales, proposals, and solution design.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prince 2 Project Management Qualification.
  • Conversion-Rate Optimisation Certification or equivalent UI/UX Certification.
