Job Title: Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Operations Specialist to provide high-level administrative support across the Academic Support Unit. This role involves working in close partnership with schools to ensure the smooth delivery of academic programs and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Quality Teachers Practical Assessment (QTPA) and Masters Programs.
  • Support student progression and assist with school events.
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to provide informed advice and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. Your excellent stakeholder management abilities, combined with your ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, will enable you to make a positive impact on our team.

  • A degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education or training;
  • Extensive experience providing customer-focused administrative support, including:
  • Setup and manage complex scheduling scenarios.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to use databases, Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters discreetly, as well as exercise good judgement, take initiative, and solve problems.
