Business Central Specialist Role

The organisation seeks a Business Central specialist to contribute to the global implementation of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive professional to work closely with the team and implementation partner to ensure smooth and successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and Design: Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into functional requirements for the Dynamics 365 system.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Assist in data preparation and validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure implemented solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Training, Support, Maintenance, and System Administration: Train users on effective system use, document system processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Performance Optimisation and Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimisation strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and support.
  • Experience with Aptean Food and Beverage and Continia (Document Capture and Expense Management) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and business operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/process issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in ERP migrations and data integrations.
  • A technical, logical thought process; ability to prioritise and delegate; demonstrated high-level problem-solving skills; demonstrated high-level communication skills – verbal and written; exceptional organisational and time-management skills; ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
