Job Title: Operations Assistant

This is a key role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

The Administration Officer will provide high-level support across the Academic Support Unit. This includes coordinating Quality Teachers Practical Assessment (QTPA) and Masters Programs.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Extensive experience providing customer-focussed administrative support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Experience in organising and supporting events.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 applications.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence. A proactive approach, combined with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.
