As a Medical Records Clerk at Ramsay Health Care, you will play a vital role in maintaining patient medical records for our hospital. This is a temporary full-time position, 12 months maternity leave, and you will be joining our Medical Records Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Rotating duties within the team and providing general administrative support to other elements of the team from time to time.
  • Reporting to the Clinical Coding Manager and working closely with a supportive small team.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry.

You will be a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the work day.

Any experience with Patient Management Systems will be highly desired.

You will also bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to respect privacy and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge/literacy.
  • Experience within a similar role in a hospital or healthcare setting will be highly regarded, though not essential.

Remuneration: $31.26 - $32.16 + superannuation based on experience and qualifications.
