Pastoral Care Coordinator
Job Description:Catholic Healthcare promotes the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities across residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.

This role requires a trained Pastoral Care worker to provide effective pastoral care services to residents. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the service manager and staff to ensure residents receive pastoral and spiritual care appropriate to their individual needs.
Key qualifications and experience for this role include training/education in pastoral care, theology, spirituality; pastoral care qualifications, preferably at a Diploma Level; and experience or training in bereavement counselling.
Desirable qualifications include qualifications in counselling, clinical pastoral education and being of the Catholic Faith/Christian Faith.
