  • Provide trusted support to older persons as they continue their journey of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • One or more 400-hour Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) unit or equivalent.
  • Relevant theological/faith/spirituality education.
  • Ability to assess, document, and administer a person-centred spiritual care plan.
  • Understanding of pastoral care issues relating to aged care.
  • Highly-developed communication skills and self-awareness.
  • Highly-developed interpersonal skills with an emphasis on listening skills.
