About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in corporate reception, facilities, or property management. They will possess strong customer service skills, professional presentation, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines, with a "can-do" attitude and adaptability to various tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as on-site point of contact for facilities issues
  • Manage reception area, creating a welcoming environment
  • Operate switchboard and maintain phone systems
  • Greet visitors, manage access passes, and book meeting rooms
  • Oversee mailroom operations and general office duties
  • Manage facilities requests using client software/database
  • Assist with health & safety management and risk management
  • Support procurement and vendor management processes
  • Assist with financial processes and purchase order management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate reception, facilities, or property management
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-centric approach
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • 'Can-do' attitude and adaptability to various tasks

What You Can Expect

A competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
