We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join our onsite team in the Sydney CBD. This role combines facilities and reception duties, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our client's workplace experience.

  • Act as on-site point of contact for facilities issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain a seamless work environment.
  • Manage the reception area, creating a welcoming space that reflects our company values.
  • Operate switchboard and maintain phone systems, ensuring clear communication with colleagues and visitors.
  • Greet visitors, manage access passes, and book meeting rooms, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
  • Oversee mailroom operations and general office duties, maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization.
  • Manage facilities requests using client software/database, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Assist with health & safety management and risk management, upholding our commitment to a safe working environment.
  • Support procurement and vendor management processes, fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Assist with financial processes and purchase order management, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate reception, facilities, or property management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a client-centric approach that drives satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
