As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a critical role in supporting our business by identifying, researching, and engaging with potential candidates for open positions. This entry-level role offers an excellent foundation for individuals looking to build a career in Recruiting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, internal database, and networking.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring candidate records are up-to-date.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a talent acquisition-based environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Personable, optimistic, and fearless of engaging with new people.
