**The Opportunity**

We are on the lookout for the right person that can take accountability of this site and control all the activities, ensuring that all work is undertaken in a timely and correct manner, thereby ensuring quality repairs, customer care and satisfaction. Our goal is to maximise the profitability and reputation of the business at all times, whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

**Responsibilities**

Work Health and Safety
- Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system
- Immediately reporting and recording any safety incidents or near misses and actioning required
- Ensure all environment policies and procedures are followed

Customer Service and Stakeholder Management
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients and work providers
- Monitor scores and feedback and action as required.
- Upon collection, ensure clients are walked through the repairs
- Ensure the day-to-day relationship with all work providers are upheld and protected

Quality and Vehicle Management
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Ensure final QA Inspection is carried out
- Resolve any quality or safety concerns
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes are carried out
- Ensure upon vehicle’s arrival appropriate vehicle arrival inspection is carried out
- Ensure Quoting/Management System is updated to reflect completion and departure
- Ensure parts are ordered via parts management/ordering system and invoices, credit notes and returns are actioned
- Parts are labelled and stored accordingly

Production Workshop Management
- Oversee the production management of the workshop to ensure production targets are achieved and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Proactively manage the incoming/outgoing of vehicles to maximise capacity of workshop
- Ensure vehicles are repaired as per the Job Sheet, Repair Method and SOP
- Ensure appropriate usage of consumables and materials are used to avoid wastage

P&L, Reporting and Administration
- Ensure the site is operating profitability, prepare and/or review P&Ls, budgets, ARC, job costings, KPIs, management reports, utilising the tools provided
- Ensure EOM & OEM reporting is accurate and submitted on time
- Ensure invoicing is carried out accurately for all clients/Work Providers and within invoicing timelines.
- Ensure all subcontractors engaged comply with the AMA subcontractor requirements
- Ensure clients are advised of monies prior to vehicle collection and money is collected

Leadership and People Management
- Proactively build and maintain positive work relationships and culture
- Update time keeping system to reflect absences
- Oversee the team on site, including but not limited to:

- Recruitment and onboarding of new team members (with appropriate authorisation)
- Ensure new team members are appropriately inducted prior to commencing work
- Conduct annual performance appraisals
- Handle employee misconduct/grievances in conjunction with People Team
- Ensure team members have current required licences and qualifications
