About the Role

As a retail professional, you'll support builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow
  • Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or head office (we love to promote people from within)
