We are a developer builder who build internal projects with our own pipe line for years in advance. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of residential construction projects
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
