Our facility is a bustling hub of activity, with experienced panel beaters, mechanics, body builders, fabricators, spray painters, chassis aligners and electricians working together as a cohesive team. **The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Western Truck Repairs in Williamstown.

As a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

The role offers a permanent position, Monday to Friday.

**Role responsibilities**
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
