
Senior Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the entire data lifecycle and ensure the quality of key statutory datasets. This role involves managing minor datasets and providing seamless coverage for other reports.
- Data extraction, cleansing, submission, and reconciliation cycle for dataset: ensuring timely completion of Department of Health and internal reporting requirements.
- Maintain quality control and reconciliation measures to guarantee data integrity.
- Liaise with staff involved in front-end data collection to understand data and data integrity requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise in matters pertaining to statutory data collections as required.
- Collaborate with internal service providers and DH to establish capture and reporting structures for new services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified and experienced Health Information Manager or Data Manager.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
