
Specialist Clinic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinics Administrator to play a pivotal role in the effective operation of our clinics. This senior administrative position will facilitate an integrated model of care, working closely with medical, nursing, and clerical staff.
The Clinics Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the Specialist Outpatient Clinics Data and Training administration team, including monitoring and oversight of clinic templates and data requirements. Directly reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), this role will enable the development of a standard approach for operating Specialist Clinics, including governance documentation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment, selection, and retention of administration staff;
- Template management and supervision of the Data and Training Team;
- Development of a standard approach for operating Specialist Clinics.
This role requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional understanding of VINAH data and rectification of errors. Experience in continuous improvement, scheduling, rostering, template creation, post-graduate qualifications, and MS Visio is desirable.
Requirements:- Knowledge and experience in Specialist Outpatient Clinics in a public hospital setting;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and accountably;
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional understanding of VINAH data and rectification of errors;
- Desirable: experience in continuous improvement, scheduling, rostering, template creation, post-graduate qualifications, and MS Visio.
