About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data and Training Supervisor to join our team in Ballarat, Victoria. As a key member of our Specialist Outpatient Clinics, you will be responsible for the training of Administration staff to ensure high-quality data management.

Your primary focus will be on educating and training Administration Officers and Clerks to ensure smooth operation and accurate completion of activities within expected timeframes and agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and train Administration staff to ensure high quality data management.
  • Plan and develop strategies to improve data capture in consultation with the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinic Administrator.
  • Assist with the recruitment of Administration staff.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with VINAH and MBS data requirements and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • High communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High-quality computer skills with particular emphasis on accurate data entry.
