Senior Team Lead Opportunity

As a senior team lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to guests. You will assist with the smooth running of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient staffing and handling escalated guest complaints.

  • Lead and train the food and beverage team to achieve financial and service quality targets.
  • Ensure that team members are briefed on all menus, dietaries, and special requirements.
  • Assist in the induction of new team members and annual performance reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or a team leader is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-centred mindset are essential.
  • Proven experience in leading a successful team is necessary.
  • A valid South Australia RSA is required.
  • A RP Badge is preferred, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
